Message	If you "have" to ask for certain people to get what you want, why do they A) let the undersirables answer the phone, or B) keep those people employed if they are not doing their job properly (providing that is part of the job requirement of course)? I would be pissed if I called a place thinking I would get help only to find out it was someone that I wasn't supposed to talk to. If they know they will screw up whatever it is you want, they should not try to help you. "Please hold on, I'll switch you over to Rob or someone that can not fuck things up" is not that hard a phrase. Again, nothing personal, just asking
